REPAIRS & RESTRINGING

All Rebecca May pieces are made with great care and attention to detail and come with six month warranty from date of purchase, all items within the six month warranty & proof of purchase will be repaired free of charge, this warranty does not cover accidental damage. 

Over time bracelets can stretch and accidents can happen. Should your bracelets need some tender loving care we have a restringing service available to you. All bracelets will be restrung onto high quality jewellers elastic and polished for any lost shine. 

Any jewellery returned for repair is at owners own risk. I recommend posting via a tracked service, unfortunately I can not be held accountable for jewellery going missing. All repaired jewellery will be returned via Royal Mail signed for.
