Lovely necklace added to my collection with a very special meaning. However, was disappointed to read the care instructions and find out that it is not waterproof and essentially cannot be worn all the time. If I’d known this before ordering, I might’ve changed my mind 😕

I’m sorry my care instructions caused some confusion. Gold-filled jewellery is durable and suitable for everyday wear. My care recommendations are simply intended to help preserve its beautiful lustre and finish for as long as possible. As with fine jewellery, including solid gold, I recommend minimising prolonged exposure to seawater, chlorine, soaps and chemicals. With proper care, gold-filled jewellery can retain its beautiful finish for many years to come.
