REPAIRS & RESTRINGING

All Rebecca May Jewellery pieces are crafted with great care and attention to detail. Each one comes with a three-month warranty for stretch bracelets and a six-month warranty for wire and clasp bracelets, valid from the date of purchase. Within this warranty period, and with proof of purchase, items will be repaired free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage.

Over time, bracelets may stretch and gentle wear is to be expected. If your bracelet needs a little care, we offer a restringing service. Each piece will be restrung on high-quality jewellers’ elastic and polished to restore its shine. You may also choose to upgrade to our wire and clasp design for a more durable finish.

Any jewellery returned for repair is at owners own risk. I recommend posting via a tracked service, unfortunately I can not be held accountable for jewellery going missing. All repaired jewellery will be returned via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
